GF Flour Mix: White rice, Brown rice, Potato starch and Tapioca Starch (Bob’s Red Mill).
Keto Flour: Almond (Kirkland) and coconut (Bob’s Red Mill).
Sugar: Cane sugar, Powdered sugar and brown sugar (Imperial).
Vegan Sugar: Kirkland Raw sugar.
Vegan eggs: Golden Flaxseed Meal, (Bob’s Red Mill).
Sweetener: Erythritol (Anthony’s).
Milk: Rice (Dream), Almond (Silk or Almond Breeze ).
Butter: Vegan butter (Earth balance). Soy Free (Melt).
Shortening: Palm Fruit Oil (Spectrum Organic) *Certified Sustainable palm oil*.
Apple sauce: Kirkland (Costco)
Others: Xhantan gum, baking soda, baking powder (Bob’s Red Mill).
My kitchen is NOT free of nuts, soy and eggs.
Some of the ingredients are made in facilities that process peanuts, tree nuts, or soybeans.
